You will be put through to Lee - our operations manager. Lee will ask you a few questions relating to the property such as location, number of bedrooms, what you require to be removed and disposed of etc., and based on the information given will provide you with a no obligation House Clearance quote which will last for 14 days.

If you're happy with our quote...

2. We book you into the system

Once you are happy with our quote we will arrange a date and time to come and clear the property.

Then...

3. We turn up

A team of three (or more if the property is extremely cluttered or verminous) uniformed, fully trained, insured, experienced and friendly members of our staff will arrive in one of our discreet livery free large furniture box vans on the day and time you specified and introduce themselves to you or your representative before assessing things.

Then...

4. We get to work

Having assessed what needs to stay and what needs to go with you or your representative our guys will then get to work on clearing the property in a prompt, professional and efficient way, typically clearing one room at a time until the house is fully cleared from top to bottom. We will carry out the clearance with as much care and discretion as possible.
